Weeneebayko General Hospital Announces Emergency Department Entrance Change

Effective Thursday, June 9, 2016 – Friday, June 10, 2016

Weeneebayko General Hospital (WGH) today announced that the Emergency Department entrance will be closed from Thursday, June 9th at 5 am until Friday, June 10 at 6 am. Please note that WGH will continue to offer Emergency Department services and people who need these services are encouraged to enter the Hospital through the flagpole main entrance.

The Emergency Department entrance will re-open at 6 am on June 10th.

For those in wheelchairs or stretchers that require Emergency Department service, a temporary ramp has been made and is located at the entrance door located next to the Emergency Department entrance.
