NEW: Upcoming Vaccine Clinics in the James and Hudson Bay Area

To our community members:

Please be advised that in the upcoming weeks, there will be various vaccine clinics held in the James and Hudson Bay Area. These clinics will offer first, second and third doses of the COVID-19 vaccine for those who are 12+ and eligible. Beginning November 30th, the clinics will also offer pediatric doses for children aged 5-11.

Please bring your health card and proof of vaccination. If you need help accessing your proof of vaccination, click here.

Third Dose Eligibility:

The following groups are approved for a 3rd dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, if they received their second dose at least 168 days before:

  • First Nation, Inuit and Métis adults and their non-Indigenous household members
  • Individuals aged 70 and over (born in 1951 or earlier)
  • Health care workers
  • Individuals who received two doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine or one dose of the Janssen vaccine.

Use our third dose eligibility table (below) to determine if you are eligible for a third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, based on the date of your second COVID-19 vaccine.

Pediatric Doses (Children Aged 5-11):

As of November 19, 2021, children aged 5-11 are now eligible to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Health Canada has approved the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for those born in 2016 or earlier.

Third Dose Eligibility Table

In order to receive your third COVID-19 vaccine dose, you must have received your second COVID-19 vaccine dose at least 168 days before. Use the following table to determine your eligibility:
