Third Dose Eligibility:
As of December 15th, 2021, any individual who is aged 18+ is eligible for a third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine if they received their second dose more than 84 days ago. Use our third dose eligibility table (below) to determine if you are eligible for a third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, based on the date of your second COVID-19 vaccine.
Pediatric Doses (Children Aged 5-11):
As of November 19, 2021, children aged 5-11 are now eligible to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Health Canada has approved the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for those born in 2016 or earlier.

Thursday, December 16th ➜ 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Location: Francine J. Wesley Secondary School
FiFirst and second doses will be available to those aged 5+ (born in 2016 or earlier), as well as booster shots for those aged 18+ who received their second vaccine dose more than 84 days ago. MOOSONEE Clinic Dates:
Thursday, December 16th ➜ 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Location: Community Hall
First and second doses will be available to those aged 5+ (born in 2016 or earlier), as well as booster shots for those who received their second vaccine dose more than 168 days ago. ATTAWAPISKAT Clinic Dates:
Friday, December 17th ➜ 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Location: Kattawapiskak Elementary School
First and second doses will be available to those aged 5+ (born in 2016 or earlier), as well as booster shots for those aged 18+ who received their second vaccine dose more than 84 days ago. Third Dose Eligibility Table
In order to receive your third COVID-19 vaccine dose, you must have received your second COVID-19 vaccine dose at least 168 days before. Use the following table to determine your eligibility:

Please note that there will also be first and second doses available at each vaccine clinic. We encourage all eligible community members to come out and get vaccinated!
