The Weeneebayko Area Health Authority (WAHA) is seeking an experienced professional to fill the key role of Employee Services Representative and Executive Assistant. Reporting to the Vice President, you will provide customer service-focused duties to all employee groups, while assisting the HR team in an administrative role.

  • Strong team player who has demonstrated written, oral, and electronic communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced and frequently changing work environment
  • Proven organizational skills Key Responsibilities
  • Complete requests and provide employee information in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support for all members of the HR team
  • Contribute to the talent acquisition process
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Assist in ensuring the execution an effective and efficient HR strategy
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma with experience in Business Administration is required
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred• Experience working in HR, healthcare, or a unionized work environment is considered an asset
