Ontario Receipting for Vaccines Administered in the Weeneebayko Region

In Ontario, COVID-19 vaccination data has been entered into a secure provincial portal sometimes called
‘COVAXON’, or the Ontario COVID-19 Vaccination Service.

Data may be entered into this system for vaccines administered in municipalities, at hospitals and places of employment, in First Nations communities where the First Nation has given approval for their data to be entered into this service.
