As of March 31, 2020, we have updated the phone numbers for reporting symptoms and asking questions.

Due to a high volume of calls to the Porcupine Health Unit, we have established new numbers for our region. If you have questions about COVID-19 or symptoms such as fever, cough or difficulty breathing, call the public health office for your community.

Reminder, the best way to protect yourself and your community is by preventing the spread of germs.

  • Practice social distancing.
  • Wash your hands often for at least 20 seconds.
  • Cough and sneeze into your arm and throw out used tissues right away.
  • Clean and disinfect shared surfaces and avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.
